OnSite Computer Service/Repair Rates:

  • 5J Tech-Services bills by the hour at $60.00, no less than a 1 hour service call. After the first hour, we bill in quarter hour increments at $15.00.
  • Rates after hours (after 7:00pm – 7:00am) and on weekends are billed at time + 1/2 ($90.00).
  • You are billed for the time our technician is at your location, and not for travel time unless your location is over 25 miles from our main location in Chandler, AZ, in which case the charge is $15 and $15 for each additional 25 miles thereafter.
  • Holidays are double the normal hourly rate: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter.
Computer Pickup Service/Repair Rates:
  • 5J Tech-Services offers a Computer pick up service, this service includes one of our techs to go to your home, pick up your computer or laptop for a fee, and bring it back to our shop to work on. The advantage of this service is it is cheaper than our OnSite hourly rate, however the return time average 1-2 business days.
  • The pick up fee will be $20 if within 25 miles of our shop. It will be an additional $15 for after that and $15 for each additional 25 miles.
  • Pickup times are between 7:00am and 7:00pm
